🛠️ YouTube playback speed menu fixed

If you patched the YouTube app with the Client spoof patch, the video playback speed menu may have been missing.
This issues has been fixed now. Patch YouTube using the latest version of ReVanced Patches. Make sure to use the Client spoof patch when patching YouTube.
